About Holly

Holly Vomero Owens is an Attorney and Partner at Kohm & Associates, P.C., based in San Antonio, Texas. Her practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate law, where she assists clients with title research, contract guidance, and resolving title defects.

As a shareholder and partner of the firm, Holly also manages the title department, overseeing title review, curative processes, and documentation workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Holly grew up in San Antonio and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin in 2008. She received her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio in 2011.

Prior to joining Kohm & Associates, P.C., Holly worked as underwriting counsel for a large title insurance company and as an oil and gas title attorney, bringing deep industry experience to complex real estate and title matters.
