About Stephanie

Stephanie Medina works as a title abstractor at Kohm & Associates, P.C. in San Antonio. She researches property histories to help make sure ownership is clear, tracing prior owners and spotting liens, judgments, or other concerns.

She has also been a licensed real estate agent since 2017, which helps her connect title details and documentation to real world transactions.

Outside of work, Stephanie has been with her husband, Carlos, for 23 years and somehow they are still laughing. She is a mom of two kids ten years apart, one in college and one in elementary school, so her day can jump from college conversations to spelling words in the same afternoon.
